Over two billion people die just in the initial attack then over two billion will die of pestilence and famine after.

At the end of the tribulation period only one third make it through to inherit the earth . This is after the 7 disasters that are each 7 times worse than the last. 7x7x7x7x7x7x7 leaving very few people alive .
EZEKIEL 5:2 Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled: and thou shalt take a third part, and smite about it with a knife: and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a sword after them.
EZEKIEL 5:3 Thou shalt also take thereof a few in number, and bind them in thy skirts.

1/3 die in the nuclear fire and Earth quakes... then 1/3 die of pestilence and famine and the Christian hunt = beheadings = Sword.... then save a few and burn the remaining 1/3 then the Lord comes to take back the earth at the Last trumpet.
