They can call on birds and they can call on Animals to do as they wish and for the most part they will get their wishes answered. This technology is this powerful today. . Over the past 70 years the C.I.A. and even China and Russia have been mapping the human thought processes/frequencies and they can just simply point the frequencies at anyone and manipulate them to do as they wish to some level and degree but if you poison someone = lower their immune system (especially Radiation) then you can completely control them/us to do what the handlers want. While I was riding to return my Lock that had failed I kept hearing Ground hog day in my head. 

2 days in a row I got up and headed off to the south side of Edmonton to try and return it but both days it was closed and the Sept 4 which was Sunday I had not noticed any sign in the Window saying they were closed Sept 5 for the holiday so I returned. This psychological manipulation has happened to me before.

I had recently been to a restaurant here in Edmonton (Pappa's) and I had seen the same waitress that I liked because she was super nice and and great at her job. I had a conversation with her and as I was talking with her I had this cold chill down my spine as I remember that I had this exact conversation with her in the past. I told this to her and she yes we did have this exact conversation about 2 years ago.

As I was sitting at the Londonderry mall about Sept  6-8 2011 the same man that had sprayed me in the face and almost killed me named Bob walked in and sat down at another booth and began talking on his cell phone. I listened and I overheard him talking to someone about Safeway and he said something about yes I will come right away and he got up and he left. I saw him in the past sitting in the Londonderry mall saying the exact same words and in the same manner leaving in a hurry.
